We stopped in this new town under development on our way to Dali.
The tables and chairs are all short like little stools, which makes it not easy to sit comfortably, and to get up.
Hence Penny's alamak look of disbelief, as she had a bad knee. 
The open kitchen lets patrons see the food preparation.
