This is a restored old part of the town itself. They did a pretty good job and had everything as old as back in history.
The restrooms too. Wife described a bunch of women from Malaysia or Singapore opening cubicle doors in the Ladies' and shrieking "Alamak! longkang!"
The wc consisted of a single open channel drain (longkang) running through the cubicles. Tissues, pads, and yellow, red and dark stuff sliding along slowly; every now and then swooshed along by an automatic flush of water from upstream. The wise woman chooses the upstream cubicle.
I was fortunately spared as there were urinals in the Gents'.
