Took a bus to another part of Kunming city to have a bowl of this very famous noodles.
The man on the right is walking up the ramp of an overhead pedestrian (and bicycle) bridge to cross to the other side of the road. 
Here it is - a very big restaurant that is on two floors - The Brothers Jiang.
Everyone gets a large bowl of boiling hot soup and a plate of little plates of stuff which are dumped into the hot soup.
Meehoon (rice noodles) are in bowls on the carousel; you take as much as you can eat and dump that into your hot soup. Ditto some other stuff like veggies, meats, etc.
Most of us couldn't finish what we had greedily dumped into our bowls; a good case of "wide eyes, narrow stomach"; sorry.
