Set off for Cradle Mountain via another highway, not via that scarey road to Queenstown.
That is one imposing mountain, with snow on its slopes and peaks amongst the clouds. Had a clear shot fortunately.
Stopped at the Cradle Mtn Resort for a look-see of a nearby river and waterfalls.
