Yup, that's the name of this little street.
We are sitting down for a bite at one of the many restaurants all of which have alfresco dining.
This was a side street off the main Foreigners' Street.
It lead into an open square with more shops and lodging houses (below). 
Right; here we are back on Foreigners' Street again.
It was quite messy at parts where they were laying cables.
