Roppongi

From the Tsukiji fish market, we went to have a look at Roppongi.




This was the snooty area of foreign embassies, residences and hangouts of the diplomatic corps and local filthy rich.

Quite a number of Lamborghinis, Maseratis and Jaguars passed us on this road.




This corner resturant sold very great tasting yakitori.

Its pot of sauce was really something, which you must click on photo to enlarge to see the details.


Back to hotel for a rest, and then out to Shinjuku station area for more exploring.

We were in fact in the hotel Annexe which had its own gardenside walkway exit (below)
to the road.

Took the main road behind the hotel which was a few blocks from the station.






Saw, and took this (below) entrance to subway which went all the way to the station.
