Day 6/8 - Swansea, Tasmania (east)

Stayed the night at Amos House. Nice place, so-so upstairs corner room, nothing to shout about. That's the view from our balcony. That's sunrise, through our window.





Here's the town Post Office cum Teddy Bear Shop. Either door gets you to both premises. One of the best laid-out, decorated and stocked bear shops that I've ever seen.

Penny bought a purple coloured bear.








The beach is covered with a slushy dirty stuff that looks like dried scum, perhaps discharge from a nearby factory? There is a timber factory a km away that produces furniture. Photos were taken at dusk.



That's a little restaurant next door to Amos House. We had breakfast here the next morning.

Those are sheep, not dogs, that he's walking.
