According to our guide, that's her with a hand up in the 3rd pic, the tree-shrouded property seen through the window is the Russian Embassy. And, of course, the US built its embassy next door, complete with swimming pool and all.
Had to snap that striking roof, in doing so didn't catch what Yoshio was saying about it.
